Just One Of Many Voices
When you’ve spent over 40 years pretending to be everyone but yourself, an ‘About Me’ doesn’t come easily.
In fact the only hobbies I have outside of performing are my two dogs Shadow and Skye. They do their best to pull me away from booth to keep me fit and sane (or as sane as I can ever be).
I’ve always been a natural storyteller. I suppose my first acting jobs were impersonating the teachers at my school, but they only paid out in detentions, so I decided it’d be best to pivot into radio, all the way back in the 1980’s.
I jumped into the deep end of VO, getting my start in radio promo and commercials, selling just about everything from Rolex’s to Loo Rolls!
I’ve always had a very natural and lively sense of humour, which I believe has gotten me further than just my performances alone.
This industry is unique because it’s all about people and I love nothing more than working with great people to foster an environment where creativity can rule and something amazing can be born.
